The Belmont County Commissioners meetings for the year 2025 will be held on Wednesday of each week from 10:00 A.M. until adjournment at their office located in the Belmont County Courthouse, 101 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville, OH 43950. Note: The new time will start on January 15, 2025..
