Belmont County Subdivision Regulations Fee Schedule

The Belmont County Planning Commission’s meetings for the year 2025 will be held on Wednesday of every week at 10:00 a.m. until adjournment at their office located in Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950. The meetings are open to the public.  Note: The new time will start on January 15, 2025.
