The Barnesville North Water Line Extension project that will run through the Mt Olivett loop, Hendrysburg, and Fairview.

We are now in the process of signing easements for construction and will be holding two public meetings for homeowners. These meetings will give property owners an opportunity to stop in, review, and sign the easements that allow construction to occur on their property so we can connect them to the new water line.

The Belmont County Commissioner meetings for the year 2026 will be held on Wednesday of each week from 10:00am until adjournment at their office located in the Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, OH 43950.
